This facility is a result of a forward thinking doctor with a vision to develop her own practice.  The goal was to create a clinic space for the medical practice along with a lease space for a tenant.  The design and construction incorporates a conventional steel approach to allow unlimited flexibility for current and future layouts within the footprint.
