This facility is extremely unique consisting of three buildings including a new Brew House, a two story office facility and a tank building all of which sit at the site of the former original Cold Spring Brewery in Cold Spring Minnesota.  This state-of-the-art brew house is among the most sophisticated in the country and will be able to produce craft beer for nationwide vendors through high-tech recipe duplication.  The project’s brew house features custom trusses with twenty five foot high ceilings, a sample bar and viewing area into the vessel room.
