This project incorporates the latest in Drying technology.  The equipment was set as the building structures were being erected.  This approach limited our exposure to issues and improved the overall schedule.  This facility has been designed to house the current Protein Dryer along with a future expansion for a Lactose Dryer.  When complete, all drying operations on the campus will occur in these structures.
