The primary function of this facility is to house four new state-of-the-art evaporator systems that will allow FDA their overall production.  This facility has a footprint of 15,500 square feet and is 95’ tall at its highest point.  The evaporators are 84’ tall and had to be installed as the building was being constructed due to limitations of the site.  Since this facility and all its equipment is subject to inspection by the USDA, all details of the project were thoroughly reviewed to ensure that this facility would exceed their requirements.  The total project took a total of 10 months from commencement to commissioning.
