This project required substantial up front cost evaluation to determine if an expansion or new building was the best option.  Through this process they elected to build a new 50,500 square foot facility in a new industrial park.  This facility is not your typical manufacturing facility.  Due to the type of products they manufacture specific details were required throughout the design to ensure that the equipment would not be compromised.
